Solar Eclipse Energy: How to Harness this Time

We are living in an exciting time in our world, though it may not feel that way.   Our world is in a place of rebirth and we get to step into this space.

With the powerful solar eclipse coming up, it brings with it a shift; an opportunity to embrace the transformation and allow the energy of this time to bring healing and rebirth to your life.

Eclipses signify transformation and change.  By nature, they interrupt the patterns of life, and this break allows the birth of something new.  Any time we change things, even by doing things in a different order during the day, we open the door to create something new.

Eclipses also bring balance and harmony, reflecting the interconnectedness of all things, and the perfect balance of our universe. This break in the norm is an opportunity for reflection and going within to embrace our deepest self.   It is a time to create balance in our own lives and check in to see if the life we are living is in alignment with who we are at our core.  Checking in creates the space for healing to enter our beings.

Harness the energy of the upcoming solar eclipse to bring healing into your life:Solar eclipse with the words solar eclipse energy

  1. Meditation, reflection and connection:  Use this energy to develop or deepen your meditation practice.  Or connect to Source/God/Goddess/Universe in whatever way is right for you and open yourself to the wisdom waiting for you.  Ask questions about things you need clarity on and, without thinking, allow the answers to come forth.  Perhaps you prefer being in quiet contemplation and reflecting on things you want to create and those things that are going well for you. Being in the space of awareness and appreciation raises your vibration and brings more of the like to you.

  2. Energy clearing: This is a good time to clear the energy of your space, wherever things feel stuck.  This may involve going within and clearing your energy fields, or even clearing the space you live or work in. You can use sound, light, smudging with sage, or visualization techniques to clear the space.

  3. Setting intentions: Getting clear about what you want by setting an intention, allows you to recognize what you actually want.  Saying it out loud or writing it down lets you see and believe it.  Whatever process works for you, set an intention for at least one thing you really want, release it, and allow your desire to come to you.

Allowing ourselves to tap into solar eclipse energy, we can give ourselves permission to embrace what is new and open ourselves to possibility.  This will create a significant shift in our lives.

Are you ready to say yes to what is waiting for you right now?

Many Blessings,
Santa

RUNNING THROUGH DARKNESS
MEMOIR OF A SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

BY SANTA MOLINA-MARSHALL ‧ RELEASE DATE: MAY 3, 2022

This debut memoir chronicles a woman’s spiritual exploration and growth as she overcame a disturbing childhood and helped others heal.

Brought to America from the Dominican Republic as a youngster, Molina-Marshall should have led a happy life. Her father was a diligent worker, and his large family wanted for nothing. But the author recounts that her dad had a drinking problem and was a serial philanderer. Molina-Marshall’s long-suffering mother left him for a woman. Then it was all downhill for the bright, 12-year-old girl, who was shuttled between foster care and relatives. According to the author, she was sexually abused by the husband of one of her siblings. This resulted in Molina-Marshall becoming alienated and moody. By 15, she simply tried to survive. In her favor were grit and a restless intelligence. She quit school, rented a room, and found a factory job. Time went by, and for a while she was happily married. Yet when her husband left her, her life truly began. She turned to religion for answers but decided that blaming God for her woes was a cop-out.

In this absorbing and moving memoir, Molina-Marshall’s vivid storytelling is fearless. She frankly discusses the truths she discovered and the indignities she suffered. These admissions are disclosed with a touch of resignation and plenty of bite. However painful, everything she experienced was a lesson, and she bravely realized that she was part of the problem: “The fear of being hurt, rejected, or abused often led to me feeling lonely and misunderstood. No one knew the agonizing pain I felt being trapped in my thoughts and anger. I was becoming my biggest threat.”

The author skillfully recounts her intricate spiritual journey. To deal with her psychic wounds, she searched for an inspirational system. Her open-mindedness led her to the interfaith concept—cherry-picking from various religions and spiritual movements, yoga, and Indigenous beliefs as a way of finding peace. Along with her female partner, she built a therapy practice, making use of every spiritual element that aided her and others. The road was bumpy, and she found that women of color in same-sex relationships were not welcomed everywhere. To do good works—and finally live on her own terms—she effectively overcame bigotry.

An engrossing, cathartic account of empathy and success through determination and confidence.
